1. To make a payment by mail, please send it to:

2. Automatic Payments (Recommended)
- Members can set up automatic payments from an On Tap checking or savings account.
- Available for auto loans, personal loans, credit cards, home equity loans, and HELOCs.
- Can be established through Online Banking under Move Money.
3. Online One-Time Payments
- Members can make payments using a check, debit card, or credit card through On Tap's secure payment portal.
- Service fee:
- $15 for payments up to $399.99
- $25 for payments of $400 or more
- Credit/debit card payments may take 2-3 business days to post.
4. Online Banking Payment Information: Members can make or schedule payments through On Tap Online Banking® using the Move Money feature for:
- Auto loans
- Personal loans
- Credit cards
- Home equity loans
- HELOCs

How to Obtain a Payoff Amount:
Members should contact On Tap Credit Union directly to obtain a current payoff amount, as interest accrues daily and payoff figures are time sensitive.

Instructions for Sending Payoff Funds:
A best-practice payoff instruction section based on current On Tap servicing would be:
- Contact On Tap Credit Union for a payoff quote before sending funds.
- Include the loan number and member information with the payoff.
- Mail payoff checks to the Golden address above or contact On Tap for wire payoff instructions.
- For wire transfers, members should request current wire instructions directly from On Tap Credit Union. On Tap provides wire instruction forms through its Forms & Applications page.
